Concentrate caps apply per transaction. California adult-use customers can buy 8 g of concentrate in one transaction. Colorado adult-use customers can buy 8 g. Michigan adult-use customers can buy 15 g. A box that holds more than the cap cannot be filled in that state.

- Test label: potency, pesticides, residual solvents, microbials. Every legal state requires this panel.
- Batch and harvest date on the cartridge. Distillate holds 12 to 24 months. Live resin loses terpenes after about 6 months.
- Recurring charge terms and a cancellation path that does not require a phone call.
What no service can promise
No store can mail a THC cartridge across state lines. No store can sell across state lines. A site that offers to ship a cartridge into a state where it holds no license is not operating under that state's law. If a listing claims hemp and shows delta-9 THC above 0.3% by dry weight, the federal hemp definition does not cover it. Ask for the license number and the test panel. If the seller cannot produce both, walk.
